APPLICATION PROCESS

In order to maintain the integrity of our membership program, all applications are screened and subject to an approval process. OS Fashion employs a 4-step system for all applications:

• Step 1 - Visitor submits the below application form.
• Step 2 – The OS Fashion team reviews the application.
• Step 3 - OS Fashion notifies the applicant if their application has been submitted.
• Step 4 - Accepted applicants are emailed a private link they can use to sign-up for their membership, create a profile, and submit their payment details
